Experience and Background Desired:
       A strong aptitude for technology (a BSEE is preferred) and our products are extremely technical in nature; hands or sales-stand-point experience with PLC, Ladder Logic, network communications/connectivity, substation communication and/or similar areas are preferred.
       Experience managing, motivating, mentoring, coordinating and 'making deals happen' for a remote team of sales managers, sales engineers and reseller/partner reps; must have strong Leadership Quality (needs to be a strong and decisive manager).
       Experience selling and managing salespeople who sell Control Systems or SCADA Systems to the Power, Utility and or Transportation Market-space (electric companies, nuclear, coal, natural gas, RailRoad, Subway, Water).
       Experience managing/maximizing existing accounts while constantly seeking to expand the existing customer base.
       Solid project management and team coordination experience (will have heavy interaction with sales, marketing, engineering, applications, manufacturing, field engineering and end clients) with a keen focus on customer service/customer satisfaction; experience working in a highly visible sales management role for a small or medium sized company is a plus.
       Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
